Appoint as its representative a key individual who is in its employ
Maintain membership through annual dues, which are payable each January 31st
Responsible for the cost of monthly chapter meetings for their representatives or other firm executives, spouses or guests who attend any such meetings
Send its representative to the Leadership Conference and Annual Meeting, held in a different locale in the country each year, as well as to Spring Conferences, whenever possible
Replace its representative within three months of resignation and ensure, upon resignation from the firm and/or Chapter, that the local and international directories are returned to the member firm or passed along to the replacement representative.
